School district superintendents, principals, and teachers from local schools will be hosted at a reception to meet the Education Department, including new Chief Educator, Dr. Elena Ivanova, and to learn about exciting programs for K-12 students. The collections galleries will be open for viewing, with museum docents standing by to answer questions. Light refreshments and door prizes will be offered.
